The development occupies a 21,900m2 freehold site and has been designed to support the company’s continued growth, expanded production capacity and future government supply opportunities.

The project reflects RM Capital’s integrated development capability, combining strategic site acquisition with the delivery of a tenant-led industrial facility tailored to the occupier’s long-term operational needs.
