Josh brings over 20 years of accomplished experience in project and development management. Instrumental in ensuring RM Capital’s projects are delivered on time and within budget, Josh’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including feasibility assessments, contract management, construction oversight, and risk mitigation. His background includes client side Project Management appointments within the private sector and Project Engineering roles across Department of Defence infrastructure projects, where he honed skills in large-scale project execution, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Master of Business from the University of New South Wales, credentials that reinforce his technical and financial acumen. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach, Josh coordinates teams and resources to meet client expectations and RM Capital’s high standards. His core skills include contract administration, cost control, procurement, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all projects are managed with precision.
