With over 20 years of experience across customer service, administration, and marketing, including roles within Switzerland’s finance sector working with high‑net‑worth clients and Australia’s body corporate industry, Jeannine brings a highly organised and professional approach to her role at Rafter Myers. Having lived on the Sunshine Coast for more than 15 years, she combines international experience with strong local insight.
Skilled in stakeholder management, project co-ordination, and business administration, she works closely with the leadership team to provide structured executive, administrative and internal support across RM Developments, RM Property and RM Capital. Jeannine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Commerce, combining strong academic foundations with extensive hands-on experience.
Her early career as a travel consultant developed a passion for organising travel and events, strengthening her ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments. She brings attention to detail, professionalism, and strong organisational skills to the Rafter Myers team.
